Once you key in (the order), you already
know whether your sales order has been approved, and the (status
and number) assigned to your delivery order. In fact, we can
also monitor when the delivery leaves the factory and with
this information, we are able to commit to our clients. For
example, if the loads are going to Negeri Sembilan from Perlis,
we can now say that the cement will be at your site in 8 hours.
Now that kind of commitment is very crucial, (particularly
for our) construction customers, because the laborers are
paid by the hour. So if you can commit this kind of precise
timing, it will actually save these customers a lot of money.

With the introduction of optimalOne, we've
seen a great improvement in cement delivery. Especially when
we send the order over, we can see within minutes the response
on the delivery, allocations, details of the tankers, and
we can also monitor the deliveries itself.
