Aris Samad-Yahaya

Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Research & Development
Aris brings to Maestro Solutions technical expertise in software development, distributed computing, optimization and Internet technologies. Most recently, he helped drive sales growth as a Field Applications Engineer with Numerical Technologies, a semiconductor company in San Jose, California. He has also held engineering positions at CoVia Technologies, a Silicon Valley start-up, and Altera Corporation, a semiconductor company. Aris received his Electrical Engineering degree with Summa Cum Laude honors from Cornell University, New York.

Maisie Chui

Co-Founder, Chief Marketing Officer
Maisie brings to Maestro Solutions expertise in global marketing, and business & strategy development. Most recently, Maisie spearheaded channel marketing at Bell Microproducts, a computer products distributor in San Jose, California, for the company's top accounts such as IBM, Hitachi, and Seagate. Maisie has also served as a marketing consultant to Silicon Valley high tech startups, as well as led business development in Saipan for Expeditors International, a global logistics company. Maisie received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Scripps College, California.

Azreen Latiff

Co-Founder, Vice President of Business Development
Azreen brings to Maestro Solutions expertise in business and strategy development, project and corporate management and marketing of Internet systems and applications. Further to this, Azreen has played key roles in organization planning and commercial partnership development with Sime Darby Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Azreen received his Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and Masters of Engineering degrees in Electrical and Information Sciences from the University of Cambridge.

Azroy Ariff Kandan

Vice President of Engineering
Azroy brings to Maestro Solutions technical expertise in software development, project management and internet technologies. Prior to Maestro, Azroy was the Project Lead and QA Consultant at AK Translogic Sdn Bhd, heading the development of an integrated Campus Management System for the Malaysian Institute of Chemical Engineering Technology. Azroy has also served as a software engineer and associate at Sapient Corporation, a business and technology consultancy in Boston, Massachusetts. Azroy received his Mechanical Engineering degree from Cornell University, New York.

Professor Raffaello D'Andrea

Raffaello D'Andrea is an Associate Professor in the Sibley School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Cornell University. In 2001, he received the Presidential Early Career Award for Science and Engineering, the highest honor bestowed by the U.S government to outstanding early-career scientists and researchers. He received his B.A.Sc. degree in Engineering Science, Electrical Engineering option, from the University of Toronto, and his M.S. and PhD. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology respectively.

Jasmin A. Rashid

Jasmin A. Rashid is currently an Equity Analyst in the semiconductors team for RBC Capital Markets, the global investment-banking arm of the Royal Bank of Canada, in New York City. He specializes in high-performance mixed/signal analog and programmable logic devices companies and industries. Mr. Rashid's team was voted #1 in the annual Wall Street Journal "Best on the Street" for analysts survey in semiconductors. Prior to this position, he was an Associate in the Technology Equity Strategy Group of Brown Brothers Harriman in New York City and Boston. As well, he is a licensed registered representative of the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealer. Mr. Rashid received a BSc in Finance and Management Information Systems from Boston University, Massachusetts and is currently working towards a CFA designation.

Dr. Arash Hassibi

Dr. Arash Hassibi is currently a Systems and Algorithms Specialist at Barcelona Design, a leading designer and supplier of synthesizable full-custom analog circuits. He develops optimization algorithms which are key enablers of Barcelona technology. Prior to Barcelona Design, he was a consultant for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Space. In 1995 he received an honorable mention by the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship. He has more than 5 patents filed and pending, and has co-authored more than 14 papers published in research journals. Arash graduated with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, California.
